Return Policy

 

REFUND, EXCHANGE AND CREDIT
 

NO returns or exchanges on ALL books.

NO returns or refunds on all handcrafted items.

NO returns or refunds on music, movies or games, unless the item is defective or damaged.

The defective or damaged item must be returned within 30 days, in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. 

We will replace the defective or damaged item with another copy of the same item. If this is not possible, a credit will be granted in the form of a gift certificate issued for the total value of the item (delivery costs excluded).

No returns or credit for an item that has been ordered specifically for a customer (special orders).

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, credited or exchanged.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

The return or exchange policy also applies to online purchases.

A refund to the card used will be issued once the product is received.

Delivery costs cannot be credited or refunded.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a return. These costs are non-refundable.
